RETURN POLICIES
Items can be returned free of charge for a full refund in the original form of payment within 30 days of the delivery date.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been used. All tags must be attached. Items purchased from the website cannot be returned to our retailers boutiques.
Any merchandise purchased in the outlet boutiques is returnable only to the outlet boutiques. Outlet merchandise will not be acceptable for return in the full price retail boutiques.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Denise Cruz reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Denise Cruz Customer Service by email at

We cannot process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order. You may place your reorder at any time.

Refunds
Denise Cruz will refund the original form of payment according to our policies outlined above.
We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
